Faith Formation
To enroll in the upcoming faith formation program, you must be registered and be an active member of St. Stephen. There will be no exceptions.
- August Registration Price - $45 per student, $110 max per family.
Your child(ren) are required to be in attendance for a minimum of 80% of the classes and must attend Sunday Mass weekly.
Faith Formation 2026 – 2027 year will run from
August 16th, 2026 until April 25th, 2027.
NOTE: To enroll in the upcoming Faith Formation program, you must be registered and be an active member of St. Stephen. There will be no exceptions.

Registration on the first day of Faith Formation Classes will NOT be permitted...
• Late registration will only be open to families that have just moved to North Texas and are brand new to St. Stephen. Each case will be dependent on circumstance and will need to contact Kathy Harmon for more information.
Registration Instructions for the 2026 – 2027 school year:
The 2026 – 2027 registration will be IN PERSON ONLY this year in the church office:
Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Download either the English Registration or Spanish Registration forms.
- Form A English or Spanish.
- Form B English or Spanish.
- Safe Environment - Empowering God's Children Program
English or
Spanish.
***Please provide a copy of each child's Baptism and First Communion certificate, even if these Sacraments were received at St. Stephen. These will now be kept on file for subsequent years.
