NOTE: To enroll in the upcoming Faith Formation program,  you must be registered and be an active member of St. Stephen. There will be no exceptions.

During July Only - $40 per student • $100 max per family
August price will increase to - $45 per student • $110 max per family

Registration on the first day of Faith Formation Classes will  NOT be permitted...

• Late registration will only be open to families that have just moved to North Texas and are brand new to St. Stephen. Each case will be dependent on circumstance and will need to contact Kathy Harmon for more information.

Registration Instructions for the 2025 – 2026 school year:

The 2025 – 2026 registration will be IN PERSON ONLY this year.

Saturdays from 2:00 PM until 4:40 PM on July 19th, July 26th, August 2nd, and August 10th.

Sundays from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM on July 20th, July 27th, August 3rd, and August 10th.

When it is your day and time to register, you will come to the Holy Spirit Center with your paperwork. You must down load the packet in your language with all 3 of the below files.

• Download either the English Registration  or Spanish Registration forms.
• Form A English or Spanish. (Unless your child attended Totus Tuus, then we already have your form.)
• Safe Environment - Empowering God's Children Program English or Spanish.
  

 ***Please provide a copy of the Baptism Certificate even if your child was baptized at St. Stephen. These will now be kept on file for subsequent years. If your child(ren) has also had their First Communion and Reconciliation, please bring in a copy that certificate also.
